1. Place the die lock ring on top of the toolhead.
  2. The slot in the edge of the lock ring goes over the pin in the toolhead.
  3. Thread your die through the lock ring and then down into the toolhead. There wil be some space between the lock ring and the top of the toolhead. This space allows the die to float.
  4. Tighten the lock ring when you get the die properly adjusted for use.

    NOTE: Pay close attention to the lock ring screw's orientation. You may have ot invert the lock ring, but you can orient the screws so that you can access them easily while they are in the press.
