3. Firearm Purchases and FFL Transfers
Firearms purchased through Whidden Gunworks must be transferred in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
When required, firearms will only be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License ("FFL") holder. Customers are responsible for arranging the transfer through an appropriate FFL dealer and for providing any information or documentation necessary to complete the transaction.
The receiving FFL dealer may charge transfer, background check, processing, storage, or other fees. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price paid to Whidden Gunworks.
Customers must successfully complete all legally required identification, background check, waiting period, and other requirements before taking possession of a firearm.
A customer's inability to legally take possession of a firearm does not require Whidden Gunworks to complete the transfer.
4. Restricted Products and Locations
Certain firearms, firearm components, ammunition-related products, magazines, accessories, or other products may be prohibited or restricted in particular states, municipalities, or other jurisdictions.
We reserve the right to restrict the sale or shipment of any product to any location where we determine that the product cannot lawfully be sold, shipped, transferred, possessed, or received.
Availability of a product on the Website does not constitute a representation that the product is legal in every jurisdiction.
The purchaser is responsible for verifying the legality of a product before ordering it.
5. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, availability, and other information.

Firearms and other regulated products will only be shipped to locations permitted by applicable law and, when required, to an appropriate FFL holder.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and FFL information.
10. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the return and refund policies published on the Website or otherwise provided in connection with the applicable product or service.
